No. Standard payment-processing fees may still apply, but FestAxis does not add a percentage to each ticket.
FestAxis warns organizers as they approach metered allowances. At a hard allowance, existing data and tools remain available, while actions that add more metered usage pause until capacity is increased or usage is reduced. This avoids an unexpected live-event shutdown while keeping the configured plan limits enforceable.
No. Staff seats are for people administering the organization and event. Vendors, event partners, and outside organizations are not counted as staff seats merely because they use their applicable portal or workflow.
Community can be purchased month-to-month or annually. Professional and Regional are annual subscriptions; any monthly figure shown for those plans is an equivalent for comparison, not a month-to-month purchase option. Single Event is a one-time purchase with six months of operational access.
No. Professional services are optional and intentionally kept separate from subscription pricing.
