Common questions
Can I try FestAxis before committing to a paid plan?
Yes, the Basic plan is free forever and includes ticketing, vendor management, scheduling, financial reporting, and a branded event microsite. No credit card required. When your event outgrows Basic, upgrading takes a few clicks.
How does billing work for Community and Regional?
Community ($2,575/yr) and Regional ($6,700/yr) are billed annually at the time you create your account. No monthly options, no seat add-ons. The price you see is the price you pay for the year.
Are there any per-ticket or per-transaction fees?
No fees from FestAxis. Standard card processing (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) applies. FestAxis charges nothing on top. Your ticket revenue is yours.
What counts as an event toward my plan limit?
Each event you create in FestAxis counts toward your limit. A multi-day festival counts as one event. Annual recurring events each count separately year-over-year.

What happens if I reach my vendor cap?
The platform will warn you before you hit the limit. Upgrading your plan lifts the cap immediately. Need a temporary exception?

Can I switch plans after signing up?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your account settings. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. For Premier or Enterprise changes, contact
support@festaxis.com.
Is FestAxis right for virtual or hybrid events?
FestAxis is purpose-built for in-person events: festivals, markets, multi-day gatherings, and coordinated outdoor operations. It’s not a webinar platform. If you’re running something in-person with real-world logistics, it’s probably a great fit.
