FestAxis was shaped while supporting Carson Valley Days, a long-running Nevada community event. The work exposed the same coordination problems organizers face every season: vendor records, public information, communication, schedules, financial visibility, parade tools, and event-day documents.
FestAxis did not start as a generic feature list. It grew from the operational pressure of keeping real event information organized while planning continued to change.
Event teams were managing applications, emails, public pages, spreadsheets, maps, payment records, schedules, exports, and event-day documents across too many disconnected places.
FestAxis connected those workflows into one operating record so organizers could keep planning, public information, finances, and event-day preparation aligned.
This page is intentionally specific. It reflects the workflows used for Carson Valley Days and avoids claiming use of modules that were not part of that production deployment.
Each step came from a planning or event-day need, then became part of a connected platform.
These are real product screenshots. Personal contact details, business names, private URLs, admin account details, and other identifying information have been removed or replaced with safe sample data. The event name and event branding are intentionally retained.
Privacy note: Screenshots are sanitized for public use while preserving the original platform layout, colors, and workflow context.
FestAxis works with organizers to understand how their teams handle vendors, schedules, maps, credentials, ticketing, partner coordination, and live operations.
