Built for Real Events

Proven in live event operations.

FestAxis was shaped while supporting Carson Valley Days, a long-running Nevada community event. The work exposed the same coordination problems organizers face every season: vendor records, public information, communication, schedules, financial visibility, parade tools, and event-day documents.

Why it exists

Built around the work organizers actually do.

FestAxis did not start as a generic feature list. It grew from the operational pressure of keeping real event information organized while planning continued to change.

The operational reality

Event teams were managing applications, emails, public pages, spreadsheets, maps, payment records, schedules, exports, and event-day documents across too many disconnected places.

The product response

FestAxis connected those workflows into one operating record so organizers could keep planning, public information, finances, and event-day preparation aligned.

Production use

What FestAxis supported.

This page is intentionally specific. It reflects the workflows used for Carson Valley Days and avoids claiming use of modules that were not part of that production deployment.

Vendor managementApplications, organizer review, status tracking, payments, notes, and event records.
Vendor directoryApproved public vendor information connected to the organizer-side record.
Vendor communicationOrganizer-to-vendor messages tied to operational context and follow-up.
Schedule managementAdmin-side schedule tools and publicly embedded schedule information.
Admin dashboardOrganizer access to the event data, active work, and management tools needed for the season.
Analytics and financialsPayment visibility, exports, totals, and reporting for operational review and reconciliation.
Parade managementParticipant records, lineup tools, registration data, exports, and event-day coordination materials.
Announcer sheetsGenerated parade sheets used for announcing and field coordination.
Route mapAn embedded public route map created from FestAxis drag-and-drop route mapping.
Scope note: Carson Valley Days did not use every FestAxis module. Site Planner, Gate Scanner, credentialing, ticketing, and Partner Portal are part of the broader platform, but they are not presented here as Carson Valley Days production use. This page does not imply a formal endorsement unless separately approved.
How it expanded

From isolated tasks to an event operating system.

Each step came from a planning or event-day need, then became part of a connected platform.

Step 1
Vendor intakeReplace scattered applications, email threads, payment records, and review notes with one organizer workflow.
Step 2
Public vendor directoryTurn internal vendor records into attendee-facing information without rebuilding it by hand.
Step 3
Schedule and communicationKeep public schedule information and vendor communication close to the operational record.
Step 4
Financial visibilityGive organizers cleaner totals, exports, and payment context for reconciliation.
Step 5
Parade operationsManage participant data, lineup information, route details, and field-ready documents in one place.
Step 6
Platform expansionThe same product philosophy now supports site planning, credentials, scanning, partner coordination, and larger event operations.

Product principles

Lessons from live operations.

Reliability firstWhen an event is live, the best feature is the one staff can understand and trust quickly.
One operating recordVendor records, payments, public pages, parade materials, route maps, and reports work better when they stay connected.
Field-ready workflowsFestAxis is designed around the work organizers do before gates open, while the event is live, and after teardown.
